Can I use my hardware wallet?
Yes, Avana Wallet is designed to supper the Ledger Nano. See Hardware Wallets for more information.
How do I buy Solana SOL?
You can buy Solana SOL with fiat currency by using one of many recommended deposit methods. Avana Wallet does not exchange fiat currency for crypto currency.
What is crypto staking?
Crypto staking is the process of granting a portion of your crypto funds to validators who maintain the blockchain network. These validators process and organize transactions, and they receive newly minted SOL from the network as a reward. Validators in turn give you a portion of their rewards for lending them your SOL. How do I display an NFT in my collection?
Your NFTs will automatically appear in your collection after you purchase or create them. Avana Wallet displays NFTs that conform with common metadata standards (see more information on metadata here).
Can I get a transaction refund?
Blockchains operate differently than most payment networks. Once a transaction is made, it is not reversible. Avana Wallet has no control or ability to influence completed transactions.
I want a new feature. Can you add it?
Sure, we are always looking to improve the app. Feel free to contact Support and let them know you want to contribute an idea.
How do I update my profile picture?
You can change your avatar (profile picture) at any time. Read more at Avatar. Keep in mind that your avatar can be publicly visible when you interact with apps and other people.
I lost my password. What can I do?
Avana Wallet is unable to recover lost passwords. You can always create a new Avana Account.
